Protein microarray product platform

MSI functionalized surfaces for the immobilization of protein, antiboby, peptide, carbohydrate, and other biomolecules. All products are made from a proprietary coating which consists of a high density poly-ethylene-glycol (PEG) brush. It offers exceptionally low background and an ideal environment for biomolecule adsorption. The surface of the PEG brush is further functionalized to meet the particular need of biomolecule immobilization. The immobilized probe has little interaction with the surface besides the linker, thus maintaining optimal activity. The density of functinal groups on a surface can also be controlled to accomodate different applications, such as single molecule spectroscopy, atomic force microscopy, protein microarrays, microfluidics, etc. These coatings are supplied on glass slides, coverslips, silicon wafers, ITO, and other customer materials.
